I was on board her in early 70 for almost 38 monts.In 73 she was the pretiest and the fastiest of fhe fleet.

I served on the Margaree (Halifax.N.S). 1988 to 1990 as a Naval electronic sensor operator /I was Leading seaman (REGGIE) Réjean Trudeau.

I served on board the Margaree from 1965 through 1970 and was at Naden for the conversion from DDE to DDH. Sailed through the Panama cannel back to Halifax. Just learned yesterday that an old shipmate George Sullivan(RIP)passed away July 30 2012.

Joined her in Halifax in January 1966 shortly after she returned from conversion in the west coast. Drafted off to Stad Message center when she arrived in Levis for refit in September 1968. Was a sig and lived in three mess.....great ship, good times.....

P.O.2 M.MIDDLETON STOKER served on Margaree 1972/1976 a realy hectic time trying to get to slackers from MOntreal Xmas 75.!!! Anyone there would know why.
