I know she used to run into the Thames and load cement at blue circle jetties, I was at school at that time.thats all I know.JB

The owners were Gillie & Blair Ltd. (Firth Shipping). They operated 4 or 5 coasters during the 1960's. Obviously a Scotish company as all their ships were named after Firths in Scotland!

She was owned by Gillie and Blair Ltd, a Newcastle upon Tyne company.Built 1937. 538 tons. renamed Herriesdale 1957
