I am wondering if this is the oil tanker (and its German crew) that saved our lives in the Pacific Ocean on May 12, 1981 when we were on a small fishing boat that fled the communist regime in our homeland Vietnam? I am forever grateful to this ship and its crew of 1981 for rescuing 93 of us, Vietnamese refugees!
