The cargo ship Odelis was built as Liberia registered Sunderland Venture in 1984 by Austin & Pickersgill, Southwick (UK) for Shipley Sg Corp, Panama. She measures loa 144m, beam 20.5m and 8,996 GT.
The Sunderland Venture changed name to Rose Islands in 1986, Odelis in 1998 and to Theofilos in 2005.
