Shell ss. Vitrea, Imo 5382673, 34.128 ton, built 1962 by Dok- & Werf
Maatschappij Wilton Fijenoord N.V. Schiedam Holland (built nr. 763) for Shell Tankers Rotterdam. Scrapped in 1985 in Pakistan. Sisterships; Viana and Videna.

Viana and videna were no sisterships, they were built with the bridge amidships. Vitrea was the first one with her bridge on the aft-ship.

I have a query. Does anyone recognise the names of one of the following officers of Shell Tankers? Captain Aschmoneit and engineer (HWTK) Van der Waals. As far as I know these were sailing on the 'Vitrea' in the 1960s.
