'Amra' - a heavy lift

A heavy lift on No.3 Hatch top of British India S.N. Co's "Amra" (see picture #23340 & others) as she heads up the Malacca Strait in June 1972. The item is a 129-ton IMODCO single-point mooring buoy, loaded at Singapore for discharge in Bahrain. An aerial photo of her carrying this item, presumably shot by Captain Peter Foxley (Airfoto of Penang), can be found at: www.tynebuiltships.co.uk/A-Ships/amra1969.html
