British coaster 'Northgate' of 1964
British coastal cargo ship "Northgate" (499 tons gross, built 1964 by Goole Shipbuilding & Repair Co.), owned by Hull Gates Shipping Co. Ltd., Hull (a subsidiary of Boston Group Holdings Ltd.; S.F.Craggs & Co. as managers) at Fleetwood in March 1973. In 1978 she passed to Shamrock Shipping Co. of Hull, being renamed "Trostan" the following year. In 1981 she became the "Pekari" for a succession of Belfast owners before becoming the "Elmham" in 1989 for 2 successive owners under the St. Vincent & Grenadines flag. In 1992 she became the "Tia", first under the Panama flag & then from 1996 the Belize flag. She was reported as still being in service in 2011 as the Panama-flagged "Beatrice II"
