British cargo ship 'Strathmay' of 1970

Peninsular & Oriental S.N. Co's general cargo ship "Strathmay" (11,177 tons gross, built by Swan Hunter Shipbuilders Ltd., Wallsend) off Kuwait in March 1976. She was built in 1970 as "Manora" for British India S.N. Co. & came under P&O; ownership in 1973, being renamed two years later. In 1982 she was sold to United Thai Shipping Corporation, Thailand, & renamed "Jumpa"; she was broken up at Bangkok in 1988.
