British cargo ship 'Nowshera' of 1955

British India Steam Navigation Co's "Nowshera" (8,516 tons gross, built 1855 by Scott’s Shipbuilding & Engineering Co. Ltd., Greenock) at Hong Kong in February 1969. In 1972 ownership was transferred to the Peninsular and Oriental S.N. Co. (without change of name) & in 1974 she was sold to Arya National Shipping Lines of Iran & renamed "Arya Chehr", and broken up in China in 1976.
