Came across your website a few days ago and spotted the above photogragh and can confirm that I am the photogragher who took the picture in 1960. I work for Shells Agent on the Mersey as a Water Clerk and attended the Ship at the shipyard nearly every week to pay the standby crew. The Captain was Captain van Vriesland.
