SIVAND

Anchored in Cowes Roads in June 1979 this Iranian VLCC. She was originally BP's BRITISH NAVIGATOR built by Mitsubishi at Nagasaki in 1971.
In October 1984 she was struck by a guided missile in the Persian Gulf during one of the conflicts there and was subsequently broken up at Kaohsiung in May 1986.
