Mexican destroyer escort in Glasgow in 1976 on one of her regular visits to escort new patrol boats which were building in various Clyde yards back to Mexico.
Azueta was the former USS HURST built in 1943 by Brown's at Houston and transferred in 1973. She later became COMODORO MANUEL AZUETA PERILLOS but reverted back to COMODORO MANUEL AZUETA in 2001. She is possibly still in service.
The patrol vessels are PASTOR ROUAIX, FRANCISCO J MOJICA, HERIBERTO JARA CORONA built by Scotts' at Bowling ans Ailsa Troon.
