Runciman general cargo liner at Greenock in June 1967. She came from Hawthorn Leslie's Hebburn yard in 1953 and became SAUDI FORTUNE in 1976 going to breakers in January 1982 at Chittagong.

My first ship, I joined her up river at Meadowside wharf early December 1964 bound for Santa Fe Rosario and Buenos Aries. Then rejoined her for the next trip West Wego and New Orleans both out light ship home with grain, good accommodation not bad feeder.
