Hi Ray, glad to hear from you, and glad No Mutiny, OD's learn! How long were you in Gatineau? Cheers, Ken

I was on the Gatineau from march 1960 to sept 1962. I joined up just when the 3 year term came in. I went to Gagetown for 14 days and when i got out they sent me back to the Gatineau. so i guess i wasn't all bad. later Ray

Always wondered what "OD" stood for...knew it was something for Ordinary Seaman...but the "D" ??

Great photo, with French Cable Wharf in back-ground, and the Dept of Transport Base.
