Comments:
She is KINPURNIE CASTLE completed by the Greenock Dockyard in 1966 as CLAN ROSS the last of what were known as the Four Rs built there for Clan Line although they ran under the Union Castle banner.
She was renamed in 1976 then became KINPURNIE UNIVERSAL and finally SYROS REEFER under which name she went to breakers in 1984.
Sisters were Clans Ramsay, Ranald and Robertson.

Can anybody tell me what those large windows are at the monkeyisland (flybridge) f'wd against the funnel? Often wondered when I saw these sisters at sea, always forgot to ask by vhf.

They are vents from the machinery spaces I'm sure.
