ILLYRIC

One of four cargo liners built in various yards for Shaw Savill, ILLYRIC was built by Vickers Armstrong at Walker in 1960. This was taken in Glasgow's King George V Dock in February 1976.
Shaw Savil sold her in 1978 when she became CARMILA and she went to breakers in 1979.
Her sisters were IONIC, IBERIC and ICENIC.
