are you sure this vessel wasn't built by John I. Thornycroft & Company, Southhampton rather than H&W?

served on hms nurton 1968, we were part of mcm unit working out of hms lochinvar at port edgar

"Shipyard Harland & Wolff, Launched 22/10/1956,
Paid Off 03/12/1993.
Sole named ship. Re-named MONTROSE 1958-1961. Reverted to NURTON 1961-1972. Re-named KILLICRANKIE 1972-1974. last of the "Tons" in service with RN. Sold to Pounds 04/1995."
