FRANCE departing SouthamptonA memory of the French Line's transatlantic liner departing from Southampton's Ocean Terminal in May 1974.
She was built by Chantiers d'Atlantique at St Nazaire in 1962 and in the late 1970s after withdrawal from the North Atlantic she was sold to Norwegian owners becoming NORWAY and subsequently altered in appearance.
She went to breakers as BLUE LADY in August 2006.
