Atlantic Trader layed up in Auckland

We were told a millionaire brought this vessel, and the Auckland ports affority refused to let her sail in the condition she is in. The photos do not show just how bad she is, as of now there is a court decision not to let her sail and the owner is not paying for her layup so more of his money will be wasted as she is a wreak. I was not allowed to get to close to her because of this, I would not like to sail on the vessel for any amount of payment.
